Betty began her insurance career in 1978, working for a brokerage in Walnut Creek. She is an experienced account manager, licensed property, casualty and life broker, and has extensive sales and marketing experience. Betty has designed and administered insurance programs for many industries, including marketing group programs for Associations, and she was the Senior Commercial Account Manager for a large hospital district.

Betty earned her CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation in 1986. The CIC designation signifies the attainment of a high level of professional insurance education. She was recognized by the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors in 2001 for having more than fifteen years of steadfast commitment in leadership and excellence through continuing education.

Insurance courses include CPCU3 and CPCU4, Accounting, Risk Management for Business, Advanced Coverage for Business, Insuring Construction Risks, Insuring Health Care Facilities, Sales and Marketing Management, Risk Management and Insurance for Financial Institutions. She has also taught insurance classes in the CISR program.
40 years of experience and education bring a wealth of information to serve her clients. Betty is experienced in claims servicing and coverage interpretation and has, over the past 40 years, worked with many claims adjusters to ensure policy holders are allowed all the protection possible following a loss.

Betty’s interests outside of business are many but include spending time with grandchildren, water-skiing, snow skiing, horses, working around the ranch, dogs, golf and gardening.

Kay began her insurance career in 1975 and joined Larson-Clark in 2001.   She attended Diablo Valley College and Heald Business College.  She has lived in Contra Costa County most of her life. 

Kay is responsible for the commercial lines department at Larson-Clark.  She is timely, professional and really enjoys getting to know clients.
She is the proud Grandmother of five boys and one girl.   She loves spending time with them, her husband and family.

Born and raised in Concord, CA, Rachel has been with Larson-Clark over 10 years.   She attended and graduated from Diablo Valley College.   Rachel does an incredible job of responding to client’s and securing insurance to protect their homes, autos, boats, RV’s or whatever their needs may be. 

Rachel married her high school sweetheart in 2008.   As you can see from her Bio picture, family is very important to her and when not working, she loves spending time with them.   She is a proud mother of three sons, Andrew, Owen and Everett.   Scrapbooking is a hobby she enjoys.
